Our Story
Founded in 2024, Encanto Latino started as an initiative to empower women in the Latin dance scene and create a safe space for dancers to build confidence, foster community, and receive high-quality training in Salsa and Bachata.
Our journey began with a simple belief: that dance is more than movement—it's a language of emotion, a bridge between cultures, and a celebration of life itself. “Encanto Latino” translates to Latin charm, capturing the warmth, charisma, and vibrant spirit that define Latin culture.
From intimate bachata sessions to grand salsa showcases, we've dedicated ourselves to preserving the authentic traditions while making them accessible to dancers of all backgrounds and skill levels.
Alejandra Moreno
Founder, Professional Dancer
Alejandra Moreno is a professional dancer and choreographer from Colombia, now based in Atlanta. Trained in ballet, contemporary, and diverse Latin dance styles, she earned her B.A. in Dance, Cum Laude, from Kennesaw State University in 2022.
As the Artistic Director of Encanto Latino, Alejandra leads with a clear artistic vision while serving as a cultural ambassador for Latin dance. She blends the richness and charm of Latin heritage with modern elegance, creating a refined and professional dance experience.
Passionate about educating and inspiring dancers, Alejandra is committed to ensuring that Encanto Latino continues to represent cultural sophistication and artistic excellence.
